The team that shipped generation one
We invented this category, built it, sold it — and then lost it on a contract clause.
We met in 2005 as full-scholarship science students at Bilkent University and founded the company in 2012. Eight years later a corporate investor executed a capital increase that diluted the founders to 10%, and the product was shelved. The patents were left to lapse. We are doing it again, in a US company, with clean terms.

Dr. Sinan Gündoğdu
Physicist. Designed the optical architecture, the laser chain and the camera–galvo calibration that made per-follicle firing possible on real hardware. PhD in physics; studied alongside Mustafa at Bilkent from 2005. Full-time again since incorporation.
The founder's forearm. Dermatology-supervised biopsy grid, taken to prove efficacy. The scars are still visible.
“When investors asked us to prove the device actually destroyed the follicle, I didn't send them a chart. I asked a dermatologist to take the biopsies out of my own arm.”

We watched the industry adopt our 2012 idea without us. Now we are building the version only we know how to build.
